It’s a good look: Christmas Edition with Miranda Kerr

The #alwaysgorgeous Miranda Kerr helps us decide (without even noticing) what to wear during this merry season.

A more casual look to wear during the day while running around to get everything ready for the festivities: layer a plain shirt with a warm knit, put on a leather mini-skirt (or shorts!) and a pair booties. And don’t forget a nice and warm coat to face the cold outside.

And a party/night look to wear in that Christmas dinner with your friends: a nice A-line dress to accentuate a lady-like figure with pumps and a trendy clutch.

Fear not, there is a good chance that you can recreate these looks by taking a closer look into your own closet and still look all stylish and put together.

Psst, psst: Anyone knows what lipstick is Miranda wearing in the first photo? I’m dying to know. Thanks!

Obrigada!

Christmas Eve outfit

This Christmas I’m hosting the traditional dinner of our family.

Close family members and a few of my closest friends are attending and we’re expecting a full house tomorrow night. Everything is set and ready but it will take a few hours of work to get things done in time for dinner. The good thing is that this kind of events with my family are always quite informal and people join in to really spend some quality time with each other. Everybody pitches in to help out a little bit and is always great fun. That’s why this is my fav holiday. No Grinches allowed in this circle!

Anyway, since it is a holiday, there is always a tendency to dress up a little bit more… But I won’t need nothing too fancy (after all, will be spending the entire evening at home).

My choices for the outfit will be a grey knit dress from Blanco, paired with some dark tights and ballerinas, a necklace  and a red lip to keep it festive. Nice and comfortable. I’ll just let the whole “dress up” ritual to the New Year’s party.
